Wanhe provide cnc machining prototypes to low and mass production, cnc milling, cnc turning/cnc lathing, vacuum casting/urethane casting, rapid tooling, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing(SLS, SLA, SLM etc ), compression molding, EMD and more customized services.

What material can your company machining?

Wanhe can machining most of metal (such as aluminum, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium and more) and most of plastic(ABS, POM, PEEK, PMMA, PP, PC, PA, PA+GF, PPS, PTFE, PE, PEI, PVC and more).

What design file type does accept to quote?

In order to provide accurate and fast quote, we accept STEP, STL, IGES format for 3D CAD files. 2D PDF file with details information, for example: material, quantity, surface treatment, and other details requirement about the part.

How long can i receive quote?

Usually quote will be ready as fast as in several hours, most quote will be ready in 24 hours, will need more time to quote if the project is complicated or it is weekends or holiday, but we will notice you about this.

Can i use my own material?

Yes, you can ship material to us, we can communicate more details before prepare material and send out to us.

How can i pay?

You can wire transfer to our bank account(bank to bank).

You can pay to our Paypal account by credit card, we can send you a Paypal invoice.

Can i pay by Credit card?

Yes, we accept credit card payment.

How long does the delivery time take?

Usually ship by express will take about 3-7 days, ship by boat will take about 15 to 45 days, ship by train and truck will take about 20-45 days, every country and area are different, feel free to talk to us.

What payment term do you accept?

1. Payment usually is 50% deposit, then we will start production, when all goods prepared, we will send goods pictures to you, then you can pay 50% balance payment before we ship goods out.

2. You can pay 1 time in a month if you think you are the customer that have a lots of project for us to do, we are become strategic partner.

What if you don’t send goods to me?

We will start production once received 50% deposit, once goods are ready, will send parts pictures to you before you pay for 50% balance, goods will be shipped out to customer once 50% balance paid.

How do you control quality?

Goods will be inspected during production and production finished, we have many equipment to inspect parts, our staff will pack properly to protect goods to avoid damage during shipping.

What is order proceed?

1. Customer send project(3D and 2D drawings, material, quantity, surface treatment, and more details requirement) to us to quote.

2. We review your design and provide a design for manufacturing review, indicating any area that may require modification in order to improve manufacturability, and provide quote.

3. Customer paid 50% deposit.

4. We start manufacture, we send ready parts pictures to customer.

5. Customer paid 50% balance.

6. We ship goods out, and will keep following the shipping and update to customer.

7. Customer receive goods.

Can we sign NDA(non-disclosure agreement)?

Yes, we can sign NDA and will send a copy to you.
