CNC Milling

Metals material used for cnc machining: aluminum alloy, copper, brass, red copper, electrolytic copper, lead brass, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy, stainless steel, galvanized steel, hot-rolled steel, cold Rolled steel, alloy steel, low carbon steel, high carbon steel, mold steel, aluminum alloy models include AL2024, AL5052, AL6061, AL6061 T6, AL6063, AL6082, AL7075, ADC12, stainless steel models include SS201, SS301, SS303, SS304 , SS316, SS409, among which AL6061, AL6061 T6, AL6082, AL7075, SS303, SS304 are mostly used for prototyping, AL5052 is mainly used for sheet metal processing, SS316 is mainly used for medical product processing, and ADC12 is mainly used for die casting.      Plastics material used for cnc machining: ABS, PP, PC, PA, PMMA, POM, PEEK, PTFE. Urethane casting/silicone mold

The materials for vacuum casting/urethane casting are usually imported materials such as Hei Casti-8150 (ABS Like), Hei Cast 8751 (PC Like), Hei Cast 8400 (Rubber Like), Hei Cast8550 (PP like), MU-858 (Fire-frame ABS Like) ) and other models.     Sheet metal materials are usually SPCC, SGCC, SECC, AL5052, SS304, etc.

Rapid molding/injection moulding
